The Technical Foam Division of Eurofoam offers various solutions to the automotive industry for the soft polyurethane foams installed in vehicles.
Polyurethane foams specifically developed for the automotive industry absorb vibration, perform water sealing and sound insulation and act as distance pieces in e.g. the roofs, doors and dashboard systems of vehicles.
Converting/processing takes place by taking into account product characteristics and customer requirements.
From processing simple cut pieces to inclined cut products with self-adhesives or even CNC cut products – these do not create any difficulty for us.
Besides polyurethane foam manufactured by us we also offer the processing of polyethylene and EPDM foams.
Our plant – with ISO /TS 16949:2002 qualification – is a supplier of several Tier1 and Tier2 plants of Central Eastern Europe for several years.
