Many sports and entertainment products can thank their special features to our PU foams. Soft PU foam plays an important role in the functionality and comfort of many products: ski glasses, shoes, bicycle trousers, recreation games for children etc.
However, the main application area in Hungary is shock absorption and impetus damping, the protection of human life.
The soft surface of the PU foam and its high superficial flexibility absorbs the kinetic energy of people bumping against it protecting them from physical injuries. A special product made from our foam was successfully applied in the past decades for the protection around speed tracks and saved the security and life of several people during the races.

For gymnastic and wrestling mats a harder foam with a higher bulk density is used which ensures easy walk on the surface but in case of falls its elastic behaviour provides safety.
Naturally we keep an eye on the coming generation as well: the soft and elastic PU soft foam is an excellent raw material to produce safe sponge toys for playing houses that – contrary to hard plastic toys – provide maximum safety for the children.
