Blocks
During foam manufacturing we produce 50 meter long, 2 meter wide and on average 1.1 meter high slabstocks.
Sheets
We produce plated goods by splitting; depending on the foam type different cutting machines are used. Plate size is maximum 2000 x 2000 mm, and thickness can be from 1.5 mm.
Rolls
Thin sheets that are several meters long are cut by splitting in rolled form. The sheets are 2 meter wide and width can be from 1.6 mm to 15 mm.
CNC cut
With our CNC cutting machines we can produce foam cut to 2-dimensional shapes. A scale drawing or template is required for the design but our designers can design the desired shape based on a specimen and we can produce it accordingly.
Special comfort
Inclined cutting, edge rounding, milling
With these operations the 2-dimensional articles can be further shaped: wedges, rounded and curved elements can be made by which 3-dimensional forms are produced.
Special technical foam
Die cutting
Small size and internal shapes are prepared by die cutting. Using this technique it is possible to cut shapes with a self-adhesive surface in a way where the carrier paper is not cut, only the material to be used.
