Inclined cutting, edge rounding, milling
With these operations the 2-dimensional articles can be further shaped: wedges, rounded and curved elements can be made by which 3-dimensional forms are produced.
Profile shaping
By creating profiles we make spatial shapes on the surface of the foam plate which can be used to create special surfaces.
Pressure cutting
Using this technology we can prepare certain 3-D shapes in one step. We can cut first of all seats and smaller shapes, after design work.
Confectioning
The pre-cut and prepared elements and parts are assembled as desired, primarily by gluing. This is also possible by combining several substances such as foam with e.g. spring, felt, non-woven material, wood etc. according to the customer’s request.
We can also prepare 3-D designed furniture parts (chair seats, sofa backs, seat surfaces etc.) by confectioning.
